Greg Adams is, without any doubt, the best realtor you could have. The listing he created for us was perfect, and we received a great offer on our house within two months of his listing it. Unfortunately, three days before we were due to close, Greg discovered that the buyer purchasing our buyer’s home had made a serious error when applying for his loan and that it had fallen through, thereby cancelling all of the closings. As you can imagine, this was a nightmare for everyone involved! But Greg immediately stepped up and found a lender for that buyer, even though he wasn’t even his realtor, and, with a great deal of effort on his part, was able to rush it through.
